i can’t wait for more Mila Kunis Dior ads to come out n_____n

I think it’s the simple things of a day that make me smile the most.. whether it’s catching up with a friend or getting chocolate milk for the first time in a while; or playing a piano piece that I love; or even rolling the windows down so the wind blows in my hair.

I have a lot to smile about.

To be honest, I’d love to be in So. Cal, Arizona or Mexico right now. That huge blackout is probably getting people out of the house.

But it’s probably felonies galore all around too…

This is probably the only reason why I like humanities; it’s interesting to look at the similarities in different cultures and countries. This sem, I really have to stop slacking and start reading…

i hate disappointing others :|

everything happens more than once.

maaygen:

you’ll fall in love more than once.

you’ll get in trouble more than once.

you’ll break a bone more than once.

you’ll lose someone more than once.

point is: don’t fret when you’ve made the hugest mistake in your life. because eventually, the same event will occur again; and you can deal with it the way you should’ve the first time.

When I first meet a person, I like to see what kind of personality they have. And if we’ve talked long enough, I like to think about what that person might have gone through to acquire that personality. I know, it’s kind of weird. But I guess it’s also kind of why I don’t judge others, I suppose.

Why are guys so afraid to “look homo”?

Cause honestly, who the fuck cares? Even if two guys doing anything together “looked homo,” why is that such a problem?

I mean, seriously. Is it bad to look homo? Is it wrong

Kudos to the people who don’t hide anything from their parents— when you have that kind of relationship where you can actually tell them anything and everything. I envy you. My parents are kind of.. traditional. “People who do drugs are horrible people; tattoos and piercings are for criminals.” These are things that they’ve been saying since I was little, so I’ve always been iffy about telling them anything. What if they kick me out? What if they cut me off? What if they stop talking to me? What if they don’t love me enough to accept these things?

Maybe when I’m older and on my own, I’ll tell them everything and just hope for the best. But for now, it’s that shallow type of relationship with them- where they know the little facts and tidbits.

I was recently talking to a coworker about how certain 70’s trends such as exuberantly colored shirts/etc are coming back into style. The restaurant picked up after that and we weren’t able to continue the conversation, but she said that she doesn’t follow trends- she picks clothes that never go out of date.

And it got me thinking… what if you do start to follow a trend yet.. for more than a season? ‘Hammer pants’ are coming back into style (with a modern take on them, but hammer pants nonetheless) and could just be a passing trend. But if you love your hammer pants enough, you’ll wear them for more than just a season. Maybe you’ll lose ‘em in your closet… and then find them a year and a half later, fall in love again, and start wearing them. Wouldn’t following that trend be kinda worth it?

‘Cos trends don’t necessarily stop. I mean.. people are starting to wear more vintage dresses (IE peter pan collared dresses) and I think people will continue to wear ‘em. And they’ll take on more trends and start to have a closet full of pieces inspired by every decade. Lol.. no real point to this.. just sayin’ that this culture isn’t stop and start like before.

the reason why i’m so intrigued by you.. is cause you see right through me

“Easy come, easy go.”

My bestfriend JL said this to me the other day and it got me thinking. A lot of things can disappear just as quickly as it came, especially relationships.

If you rush into anything, relationships with that significant other, with a lost parent, or even with a friend, you don’t create that bond that ties you two so closely. I know that this is pretty common sense, but I was thinking about how true this is, on so many levels.

A lot of my close buddies are friends that I didn’t really hit it off with right away; it took time for us to talk and know each other more. None of my siblings and I got along at all when we were little, and now we’re closer than ever. Vince and I were distant in middle school until we saw each other again in HS. Hell, my boyfriend’s friend was the one getting at me first before I even knew my bf.

And when you think about the people who aren’t in your life anymore, the same thing applies. Some friends rush into their friendship, hanging out everyday, talking for hours. But if this all happens right away, you don’t have time to accept their faults. (I know that may sound a bit immoral, but no one’s perfect.) You then find those faults and start straying away because of them.

Take it slow.

It really bothered me when you said that I shouldn’t be doing PCN so I can go work since $$ matters more. And it really, really bothered me that you couldn’t even try to make it to PCN -______-

I don’t think I’m even gonna hit you up with all this free time now.

This is the picture for my new icon thing whatever.

Kinda smallllll in reality but oh well.

I just finished watching the last episode of ‘My So-Called Life’.

I really wish the producers/etc didn’t cancel the show. ):

Jared Leto was really cuteee back then.
