Why does being a teenager come with fluctuating emotions?

There was a passion and drive to do something, then once you’re there and about to start, you suddenly feel lazy. Well, I dunno about you, but that’s meeee. \: Not just that, but there’s the fluctuation of wanting something, then suddenly wanting something else, then something else and so on. ): There’s so many things in my room that I absolutely adored and wanted, now they’re neglected and sitting on shelves or in drawers.

Friendship isn’t a competition, my friend. But why do I feel belittled every time you come across my path?

I couldn’t agree with you more.  Honestly, I really really dislike it when everything is a competition because it makes me think twice if my relationship with them is really true.  The way I see it, it doesn’t matter who had it first.  If we have the same item, top, clothing, song, car, sticks, etc. it just goes to show how much we have in common.  Those who appreciate those commonalities are the kind of people I want to stick around…
